Felon Username: almost all staff online at a given time

Complaint: I have been finding that when staff are online, they have started slacking in their duty to moderate chat.

Additional Information: There was an argument with partyman909 and some other people, and there were many folks asking for a moderator to come and calm down the situation. lavajok entered the discussion, maybe twice, or three times, and said nothing more but to ignore partyman909. I stepped in, and stated that mods haven't doing their jobs like they're supposed to, and lavajok told me to go and file a Staff Complaint regarding so.
