This is the only evidence I have, as it was provided for my by Kuke... Sky and Kuke
basically felt the need to shut me up. Nowhere during this scenario did I personally
attack Kuke, nor did I choose to belittle him as a person. Kuke disagreed with a
statement I made and felt the need to say that I was overstepping my bounds. I never
overstepped my bounds. The comment I made toward Kuke was merely a comment based on
sarcasm, as the tone of the conversation took that tone. I never personally attacked
Kuke's character. I never chose to flame him or even deface him as a person, yet he
and sky felt the need to quiet me in global channels. I never did anything outside
of ECC's bounds. I never flamed an individual player. I never did anyting to
personally defame any of the players of ECC.

anyone's authority, I merely chose to speak candidly.
Nothing I said was unacceptable, because I never did anything unacceptable. Kuke
and Sky just chose to tell me to shut up, because apparently Kuke decided not
to see things in good fun, as the tone of the conversation had been taking. I like
Kuke. I have no issue with Kuke, but he chose to personally attack me, and got
other mods on the bandwagon, only because he's a mod. I never did anything against
a fello ECC player, mod or not. I just dont think it's fair for mods to silence me
when I did absolutely nothing wrong... Nothing!

I love this server, and would never do anything against the rules just because, but
the mod staff went too far this time. I did nothing against any mod. I did nothing
against anyone, yet the mods felt the need to tell me to silence myself. It's not
right, and I dont feel I was treated fairly in the scenario.
