Depends on the day. If it's a holiday and you see a lot of us in the channel we are just having fun and probably just laughing at either good memories of fails we did or trying to prank each other.

If you see the full team, it's probably a meeting.

Other than that, we usually just have fun in voice chat. Usually we discuss things in text, voice is more for fun or meetings \o/

My biggest regret personally was resigning back in April. I really enjoyed being on the team and I made a hasty decision before I had everything sorted out irl for me.

TL;DR: I thought my summer plans would take up too much time for me to be on staff so I resigned, then my plans changed which allowed me enough time on ECC.

why can you only ask for a 3 day temp ban

 

Because the actual question is "Why can you apply for a tempban at all?".

I believe it is because we can’t have millions of requests for different lengths of tempbans. If you are actually serious about getting a temp, then filing for a 3 day ban shows you are serious.

 

I'm not 100% sure why you can only get 3 days, I'd assume it's because then we don't have to deal with all different lengths and times we just have one set temp ban.
They can be handy though, I've requested one when my account was compromised and I needed a few days to setup better security and change all my passwords and whatnot :)

 

I think because a weekend is essentially three days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and typically people have so much free time during that time that they want to focus on other things without the temptation of ECC.
