In the Mayor application, you add posts for a region you want protected. Then only you and people you add can build/ edit things there. You still have to lock chests though.

Usually we are in different houses (and countries) when we play, but on the rare times we are in the same place, he tends to sit on the bed as I sit across from him at the desk. :) We usually just speak verbally (use of webcam when we aren't together). I don't like to type if I don't have to.

 

A question, Can you own more than one town yourself? if you think 200 by 200 is too small for your big plans?
Like, can you create 4 different towns and then join them to make 1 big town?

 

Of course you can. People do it all the time. I think a few examples of this would be @jmichael214's towns and @Samiwarbler's. I'm not saying all their towns are connected, but most are (the caster's and the dale's). Matter of fact, @Mission001 and I have a town each that is connected. :3
