As I have found some time in my schedule since the granddaughters are all in school, I have decided to bring back our monthly stairway and tunnels to the mining world.

This is great for builders and those that don't have a lot of tools and resources as you can get to any level you wish to mine at.

Early birds will always get the worm... err... ores as I only dig the stairway and tunnels, leaving the exposed ores for those that need easy access.

As before, I respectfully request that no griefing be done ( I know it is not against the rules), but it really helps out our newer players just getting started and needs a little boost.

Anybody that wishes to help with new tunnels is always welcome!

Typically will be straight out 50 or so blocks from /warp mining

August Update - proceed straight ahead (north) from mining spawn and then follow the stairway down. Many tunnels run off the perimeter of the spawn, and the ones I create have the ore exposed as I don't collect them.

October update - @DrowningInPizza has been incredible this month and has created the stairway to bedrock.
/warp mining - then straight north - you can find it near the huge spawner set up just outside spawn.
