General Purpose of Contract:
to ensure the safe transfer of the star rod with the own id of #IB7T01JZ.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @bobman3355 will give @WhiteSoxFan123 my star rod as soon as i receive a 600k down payment. After @WhiteSoxFan123 completes the 4 100k payments I will transfer ownership of the rod to him.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@WhiteSoxFan123 must pay me @bobman3355 600k within 1 hour of the contract being approved. I will then give him the star rod immediately after this. @WhiteSoxFan123 Must pay 100k per week to 4 payment signs located in my town of bobville (x=-10800 z=4200 in legacy) If @WhiteSoxFan123 is late on a payment there will be late fees of 80k per week. The late fee will be enforced the second the payment is late at 12:00 midnight EST. There can also be late fees on multiple payments at once if he is that late on payments. All late fees also must be paid before another payment is made on the star rod. @bobman3355 can also re claim the star rod if @WhiteSoxFan123 is 1 week late on a payment and @bobman3355 will not need to provide any form of refund to @WhiteSoxFan123. @WhiteSoxFan123 also must finish paying all money owed to @bobman3355 up until the date the star rod is re claimed. @WhiteSoxFan123's first payment of 100k will be due on january 16th his second payment of 100k on january 23rd his 3rd payment of 100k on january 30th and his 4th and final payment of 100k(unless there are late fees) on February 6th. @WhiteSoxFan123 also must agree that this contract is final and may not be backed out of.
I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
