Rules​

1. Staticland does not allow griefing, if you do this you will be kicked out of the town.​

2. Stay inside your plot, anything built over your plot boundaries will be fined $250​

3. Don't enter other people's plots without there permission ​

4. Please Don't sell your plot without a member of staff knowing​

5. One person per house please, please tell staff about other person living with you​

6. Please only mine outside the town, we have a designated spot for mining​

7. No Spamming and Trolling ​

8. Please do not abuse the farm​

Hotel, Plot and Shop Prices:​

Hotel Plots are 20 by 20 and there are currently 14 available. Prices are 1.8k or $200 a day
The 10 by 10 plots are priced at 1k and may not be rented out per day
Shop prices are 1k a week in our Mall, this gives you a plot to place a shop inside the mall
Stable Prices are $120 per week and are available for town members for $100 permanently

Town features:
The town has 1 43 by 20 hotel that can provide up to 14 apartments on each side of the hotel
The town farm can be used for free and anything farmed can be sold to a sign
The town has a 30 by 30 shopping mall which gives you the towns best shops
The town has Stables which will allow you to store your horse safe
