Spawnshop #19 is up for auction. It is located in the green section, 2nd row.
With the bid, 4 weeks of rent will be included.

Auction ends after 24 hours of no bids, or by the end of March 7th, 2016.

The beginning bid will be $20,000 EcoDollars (the price of 4 weeks of rent)
The minimum bid increments are $5,000 EcoDollars, but you can bid more if you would like.

Anything posted on this thread must be a bid, and only a bid. You cannot ask question, make random comments, or absolutely anything else. If you post anything else, you will no longer be able to participate in the auction and you will receive a thread ban.

If your bid happens to be lower than the previous bid, your bid will not be considered. Trolling or abusing this will result in a thread ban, resulting in no chance of winning the auction.

If you are thread banned, you will not win the station, regardless of being in the lead. If on the off-chance you are forum banned and are the "winner of the auction", your bid will be revoked and the winner will be the next highest bid.

You must also keep your bidding amount in your balance always for as long as you're the leading bid. It cannot be in the forum bank, in trade signs, or anywhere else. Failure to do so will result in immediate thread ban and removal from the auction.

If you are the winning bid at the time of closing the auction, you will be forced to obtain the shop. If you cannot afford to pay the final bid you will face confiscation of EcoDollars and property to cover the auction. Bid with extreme caution.

All bids must be 100% paid for by the immediate closing of the auction.
