Hey there everyone. After buying my shop, the first 2 weeks went pretty well, but I don't have a whole lot of time to go mining and such to keep it up (I had a surplus of things to sell before buying it). So, I will be selling it. The shop is on the Green road in the market.

In order to sell this, I would like to make some profit. If you would like to buy the shop please include the amount of time you would like to rent it (i.e. $20,000 for 4 week rental, plus $10,000). I will be accepting bids on this thread. (Buy now to make sure you get it!)
