After much consideration, I have decided to finally sell my Spawnshop. It is one of the "Top-Tier" spawnshops and is in second row from spawn on the Blue Side. I want to make this clear, this is not an auction and I have the right to choose not to sell. This thread is here to post potential offers and to advertise that the spawnshop is for sale.
