right now people are allowed to spam tickets. i suggest theyre not allowed to spam tickets. even if its only 5 tickets in a row (in a single second) its still spammy and disruptive. i dont want to disable lottery messages because i still want to see lottery. i dont mind seeing the spam near the end of the lottery because that only happens once every 15 minutes. but i do mind the 1 or 2 users constantly buying 5 tickets in quick succession instead of typing /lot buy 5 spamming should be illegal no matter the situation. there is no reason why lottery spamming is allowed. ps i know it takes money out of the economy but people can just type /lot buy <amount> and the same amount of money will be taken out of the economy. this disrupts chat: im not a fast reader so this is especially disrupting for me. and im sure im not the only one. (all of this wouldn't happen if spam werent allowed)
Currently, lotto spam is allowed, as long as it is not "excessive". I think that lotto spam should be limited to 2 "buys" at a time. So for example... [LOTTERY] Dccciz just bought 1 ticket! [LOTTERY] Dccciz just bought 1 ticket! [LOTTERY] Dccciz just bought 1 ticket! would be illegal. 2+ Lotto Messages (unless it's during the last couple seconds of the lotto) should be considered as double posting. It's not any different from posting twice at the same time.
i play lotto but i dont want to see spam. i shouldnt have to see spam when playing lotto. (with the exception of right at the end when everyone puts tickets in)
