I placed a structure void in my vault at -1470 -60 -13421 and it kind-of disappeared. It looked like a small invisble flower pot was in the place of the void, no void. I punched it and it disappeared, I'm not sure what happened to my void
That sounds like vanilla behavior. It's outlined as a small invisible block when you look at it, but breaks without dropping anything.
