In spawn statue's, you can only place 25 chests and signs, but what if we could have say 30 chests and 20 signs as long as it equals 50 combined total? (just as 25 signs and 25 chests equals 50).

I like the idea but the rule may have been implimented for lag reasons because spawn can already be laggy and signs and cheats just add to that.

Have you considered opening a market shop? They are designed to handle the lag issues.
