You don't really understand math do you.

A VOLUME can be any dimension. The VOLUME must be at least 10,000 blocks.
This means you could have a 10x10x100, or a 10x50x20, or any permutation of the values in any X,Y,Z order to be greater than or equal to 10,000 blocks in volume.


Regarding the future of this, it's for sure a long term idea suggestion, as the coding required would be a living nightmare because of how we have to protect region creation.

I'm saying why charge for the volume, just charge for the length and width but not height

I think people would rather just be charged for length/width because almost nowhere do you see people charge plots by volume, as well as the fact that towns aren't measured in volume as they go world height to bedrock, which is what people are not only used to but are expecting from regions created on ECC.

 

Or we could just charge a flat rate like we do for pvp instead of picking 2 arbitrary sides.

 

Yeah, I think a flat rate would be easier for the applicants as well as whoever handled the application.

 

Awesome suggestion. I kinda like Jamie’s idea for a block charge. As it’s essentially a town in a town. But maybe cap it at 40k or something and set the max at more then the 40k. But still have the 10k minimum
