Adding a compass to the top and midlevel shops

Reason:
People have to pay big bucks to get these shops from other players, and this is a way to add a little bit more reason to get them. Similar to the /warp station(#) command, there can be another way to visit these shops if you can't do /warp. This will help promote player-player commerce, and overall, a better way to get to these shops in an already laggy market.
