If you could buy EVERY single command able to be bought through the store at 1-2 dollars, the server would go under quick. No, the pricing should and would be based around the usefulness and how many commands are actually IN the thing. So, take /back for example. The only command you get is /back. 1/1 = 100%/100%

Now take /tp. In the package thing or whatever, there's /tpa, /tpahere, and /warp. the package costs $20. so Say I just want warp. 1/3 = 33%/100%
1/3 of 20 is 6.6 repeating. Rounded up in $7. Still cheaper than $20, but You'd end up paying slightly more if you bought the entire thing this way.

Having them at $1-2 would kill the server financially. So, no to your pricing.
