    Suggestion: I think Cactus should no longer be banned, but two things should be removed. The ability for cactus to grow should be disabled, and it's damage properties should be removed as well.

    Reason: Cactus would be really nice to have to build with, it could be used for decoration in desert houses, or whatever. It would just be really useful and cool to have. If it could no longer grow, the cactus farming problem is gone, and if it couldn't deal damage to players, it couldn't be used as a trap either.

    Any Other Information: I just think this would be really cool! :D

    Maybe a donation feature? /kit Cactus gives you 5 cactus. Maybe the donation feature could be $15 like water and pyro, but called Cacti Placement instead? If everyone could place cactus, it may be exploited.

    yes its the farming part of cactus that causes lag not the placing of it (i think) so if u made it a decorative block only it might work because cactus are nice

    Say i invented it....
    Also, i LOVE the idea of the no growing and non injuring. That is a great idea to prevent lag and free money, while including cactus into ECC. Also the /kit cactus donation feature is a great idea, as they are semi-rare, or make it a captain donation feature.
    The only problem i see with this is if it not possible to code. Also, it would ruin the cacti rareness, although the market is not productive or in high demand
