/ch help = Channel Help /ch h = Channel Help I just think this would be a good addition, so players can ask questions in a different channel than /ch v or /ch g. It could be in pink, so it stands out a little bit, so more experienced users could answer it. If anyone is afraid of it being spammed, just /ch leave it. Uses New player questions Price checks A good filter for questions like "How do I make money?" Staff has ability to answer questions quicker I don't know if channels are an ECC thing, but I think it wouldn't be too too hard for @JamieSinn to put this in

@Vintage_Gamer This would just make it easier to spot in the chaos in Global, so staff can help people who need a mod or have a question more effectively
I believe @7amoodw needs further assistance when it comes to knowing the basics of the server, and suggest that staff memebers do one on one tuition sessions with the members of the common unity.

I think this is a good idea in theory, but in practice... not really. Why not just have these questions in global? What's the actual benefit? It's certainly not staff attention, staff have to be attentive of everything. If they're not, adding a new chat likely won't help.
+1 from me as I see many people asking simple questions or price checks that get drowned out by other chat when 115+ people are on chatting on mainly 1 channel
