Suggestion: Make it so a /rn is not required in terms of gathering evidence for a complaint.

Reason:

I also want to add that a new player to the server might not understand how real names work and although they might take the time to screenshot their transactions as encouraged they might still have ineligible screenshots due to our current rules on /rn, I would like this to change.
