+1 This! I wanted so much, so I can play with all fair chances.. But I guess changing the entire lotto system like that wouldn't be good, for players who enjoy high stake gamble. So how about just do this in certain day or time? Like every friday, it is "1 ticket lotto day", or everyday 8pm-9pm EST, it is "1 ticket lotto hour"... You know, something like that.
