Nobody donates for ecodollars. If you're going to donate for the purpose of gaining ecodollars, you should just buy someone a feature. -1
This isn't a good idea in my opinion. In my eyes, purchasing ECD is purposively made to be not that attractive. If you didn't have to find a buyer when selling donations, and could get the same amount of ECD per USD, then everyone would just buy ECD for the ease of it. This would lead to a huge amount of money being spawned into the economy which is far from healthy for the server as a whole. Similarly, if you could buy ECD for the same price as selling donations, people would have less reason to sell features. So it would extremely limit and hinder people's ability to get hold of features if they can't pay ECD themselves.
I was actually thinking about this a couple days ago, and I've thought through it. You have a good point, but I think the prices may be able to be increased to a certain level. At the moment, the ECD prices are simple laughable, but I think we should make the prices unattractive, yet instead having some people decide to purchase it. Because right now, nobody buys ECD at all.
I meant increasing it to 5k. that is lower then the current selling price. This will allow people to spend 10$ to get 50k ECD which I would want
The number is irrelevant. The important discussion to be made here is whether or not an increase is necessary at all.
It kind of is nessecary because is some1 wants to get 10$ worth of ECD te current price is wayyyy to low
But the whole idea is that the prices are supposed to be unattractive for the exact reasons Dewsy listed in his post above.

That is a different point. I've always wanted a $10 donation feature to be sold as well, but alas there is nothing. Maybe we can look into some of the more...unused features being changed from $15 to $10. Any suggestions?
If you want to buy ECD for a higher amount simply sell donations. We will not currently be raising this cost. Locked
