She legally bought the channel and towns are never cleared. Someone could buy the town and raze it, but I don't think it will happen just because towns are never removed, there may be an exception though.
I don't see the point in doing this. Just because someone is perma-banned, that doesn't mean we need to wipe ECC of their history entirely.
If someone claims the town, I believe they can file a special feature removal application on the channel to remove it. If you don't like the channel being there, just don't use it.
^ There is no need to remove her channel. Yes she scammed the server , including $110 from me, but whats the point of removing a dead channel?
