She legally bought the channel and towns are never cleared. Someone could buy the town and raze it, but I don't think it will happen just because towns are never removed, there may be an exception though.

 

I don't see the point in doing this. Just because someone is perma-banned, that doesn't mean we need to wipe ECC of their history entirely.

 

If someone claims the town, I believe they can file a special feature removal application on the channel to remove it.

If you don't like the channel being there, just don't use it.

There is no need to remove her channel. Yes she scammed the server , including $110 from me, but whats the point of removing a dead channel?
