Yes that is a great way to put it, I will be adding that to the main thread. This is another way this could work instead of just letting each owner run certain parts of the store. This is also alot easier than filling out a tread and bothering GA's to switch perms every month, and can get it done in the original application or in a seperate application as a one time thing.

 

what if neither user solely has the money to buy the shop for themselves? they could put their money together and split the profits, yes there will be much trust involved which is hard to find on a server with an average age of around 13 or 14. I will say this once again, people will find more advantages to this than we can think, I still say give it a shot and see how it works.

 

I do have someone I trust lol, I mean for other people. and I still think two people can successfully co-own a shop as well.

 

Stop trying to shoot down all the ideas ;-; you might not find it useful but others can :(

Advantages:
Higher cost for shops with co-owners - removes more money from the economy
can promote co-operation between users
splitting up the shop into two seperate shops would be worthless unless its the large top tier shops.

Disadvantages:
You cant edit each others signs.

I dont think this will mean less spawnshops rented out, if anything it will mean more, because if two users split the money for a shop, it will make them more available to users that want them.
And as stated before, splitting up a single shop into two, unless it is a top tier shop (I.E. Stolio's, Kmax's, Delucaco's Lady_Frost's), would be pointless, there would be little room to manuever and not much of a profit, if any would be made. I see it being used mainly for co-operation of a single market buisness with two owners.
