    I appreciate the comments, I can definitely see the ups and downs of this suggestion.

    Basically it's more preventative than a resolution, we don't have any big "company" names out there on ECC yet so there hasn't been a reason for anyone to copy things.

    I don't see this as solving a major issue really... name copying is simply a very minor and rare occurrence, and I simply don't see how it would benefit ECC to introduce a new complicated section of the rules regarding copyright law.
