    Minecraft Name: Ayriia

Suggestion: Assuming the server uses Worldedit I would like to suggest the following commands:
    • /fixwater <radius>
    • /fixlava <radius>
Reason: Working with water and lava is pretty tough sometimes, water especially when creating an underwater city. It is much like the /fill command except instead of filling an empty area is repairs the water flow. For example:
When you place sponge under the ocean you can quickly repair the water flow after removing the sponge by typing: /fixwater 5

Any Other Information: From the Worldedit Wiki:
    • /fixwater <radius>
    • /fixlava <radius>
Making a calm pool of water or lava manually is quite challenging for a one block deep pool and is nearly impossible for deeper pools, but these two commands are intended to solve that problem. They find nearby water or lava blocks and fan out across the liquid to fill the entire area and replace flowing water/lava blocks with their stationary equivalents. You simply need to stand on the shore of the water or lava (not one level above) and use the commands. Be aware that if you attempt to do this on top of a waterfall, the water will be spread out into a giant liquid umbrella as these two commands also expand the spread of the water or lava! If you attempt to use the commands while you are a few blocks deep in the pool, the water will be fixed only on that level and not the levels above.

I do not think the ability to do any world edit commands will ever be a donation feature, as it can really be abused and lag server severely.

Does the /fill command not come from worldedit in Water+?

Anything with world edit requires a "//" I believe. WorldEdit needs the //wand before any command can be done, anyways, I'm pretty sure /fill is custom.

Well, I hope that maybe Andrew will like this suggestion and make it custom. :D

The fill command for buckets is a custom, private plugin.

I agree with HC that this could possibly be abused.. there would need to be a ton of restrictions. It's a nice idea though.

I fear @Skylexia and @HCPillarofFire have a very good point. I fear these commands, although incredibly useful, could be easily abused to grief and abuse. For instance, lets say I live in a town owned by Sky. She had a fountain in the center of town. I go and type /fixwater 10. The fountain is suddenly screwed up and I didn't even have to place a single block. This would make investigating the grief incredibly hard. So at the moment, that is my concern in regards to this feature and its implementation.

I have an aversion to the sound of running water in minecraft. I don't know why, but I think it has to do with me associating it with lag. I used to think it was hard to fix as well. After a few times of experimenting, I have found that it is really quite easy to fix. If you are doing this multiple times, you may just want to learn how to fix it. It really is quite simple and quick once you learn how.
