[Suggestion] Dynmap

We use to have this but because our maps are so big now it lags when it trys to draw the map this plugin is only good for normal sized maps. Unless we only allow it to draw like once every 2 weeks.

 

How about we do one of these whenever we get a mining/nether reset?

 

We had it years ago. This was the single largest source of lag on the server, it makes cooking pots look like a tiny speck.
Not even a remote chance this would be added back unless it is seriously overhauled.

However, I like what Dccciz said. We could possibly generate a static image of the map every mining reset. We could generate it on the test
server so there is no server lag. I think it'd be a cool idea.

 

The pictures andrew made before Rising was created were what I was thinking about.

 

You can write a map with the eccminimap mod. I made a whole map of rising! Only took about 40 hours lol
