We're aware of the issues many people have and we're working hard to fix them and to improve, I can assure you of that. It isn't something that happens overnight and this suggestion doesn't really accomplish anything.
You're expecting to get something done by making a suggestion titled "Fix staff" without explaining how in detail??? Yup, that will totally work. Seems 100% understandable, very complex and extremely feasible. After all, being extremely vague and offering little or no solutions is the best way to go, right? Checks out to me.
You can't just wave a magic wand and *pop* staff are 100% perfect just as you like them. Yes, staff are quite inconsistent in terms of punishments and how rules are enforced, but writing a few words, asking for free ratings, and calling it good won't do much. Maybe explain how you want to go about this? Rule changes? Change how staff are chosen? Explain to me a bit more how we should "fix staff."
Nobody is perfect... You were staff once, stop acting like you didnt deserve it and show some respect. Stating false info on a formed great staff member in shoutbox and then posting this shortly after. I mean come on man... your better then this.
I personally think our staff is awesome and do the very best job they can. It is much better than players that take it upon themselves to break rules and either scam or steal in order t0 prove a point.
In a way, this relates to college basketball teams. One year the team has a really good core, chemistry, defense, etc. Then, the best players declare for the NBA draft, which leaves the team with much less experienced players without experienced player presence. Basically works the same w/ staff team. We had a great staff team a few years back and the newer members could learn from the vets. But now, there's only a few left to teach the new members. I say, give it some time and eventually, we have a great core again.
Throw a dog a stick he fetches it. Tell a mod to be better at his job and not tell him what to improve on and well... I get where your coming from, but you are a bit vague.
A suggestion is intended to give ideas for us instead of directly saying "this is broken fix it". If you want fixes, suggest how they can be fixed. Staff is currently undergoing changes as it is. Change doesn't happen overnight either. If you have a specific issue with any Staff, you can always file feedback to the ServerAdmin team. Other than that, bare with us as things are changing.
