Minecraft Name: Miner1975 Suggestion: /give and /giveaccept command Reason: this command would be a great donation feature because people wouldnt have to do /spawn or /tpa and lose the spot they were to give/sell other users items. They would just do /give (playername) and it would give the specified user what they had in their hand and the receiving user would do /giveaccept. Also, this would be a much more practical way of e-repair. Instead of risking an item and throwing it or taking the time to place then break a chest, you could just do /give (username) and the user would repair your tool, they they would do /give back. It would be a much safer and easier way of e-repair. Also, there is a threat of trolling. Even though the other player has to do /giveaccept, they dont know what their getting, right? So why not have it say something along the lines of, "to accept (what kind of item(s), please do /giveaccept". That way people would know their getting a tool to repair and not 70000 stacks of dirt. But couldn't it be /giveitem (player) or something like that? It doesn't have to be exactly what i said.
I get the reasoning behind this, but I don't find it necessary. I prefer being "face to face" with someone, especially if their holding my hard earned tools. Also, I'm too worried that it might glitch and lose my precious items or something. -1
This would limit the amount of user to user interaction. Try trading with a chest or a donation chest.
This has been suggested multiple times before and my opinion is no. I personally wouldnt like my items floating around waiting to be accepted. If there is need of trade - simply use a trade sign or a chest. - 1
Personally, I don't like promoting laziness. :b There are plenty of safe ways to give items to people. -1
