Suggestion: Adding /help screenshot
Reason: Screenshots are vital to our complaint system, and it is heartbreaking to see when a player is unable to retrieve their belongings because they didn't know how to take a screenshot. (ties into lurkblader's idea of scammers willing to take a risk)
Any Other Information: The wiki team would likely be the best option to wright this up. Idea inspired by nicit6

Read through this, generally it is very understandable and clear. A few things that I would like to see added:

"It is important for you to evaluate who you are making an agreement with. Ideally, you should be able to trust them to uphold their end of a contract. According to Server Rules, it is up to you to properly evaluate who you are making an agreement with (if they are trustworthy), then to make a proper contract, and then to gather proper evidence of the contract and the transaction."

• Somewhere in either this quote, or in a new bullet, I would include "background checks". Also what you are looking for in these check, and how to conduct them on the forums.

"OnScene can pay revan for the enchanted pickaxe. Once the payment is sent to revan, OnScene should screenshot the confirmation of the payment (with timestamp)."

• It would be helpful to just reiterate the (with timestamp), just to let players know how to include them if they haven't already.

Those are the two things I could fine, that could use a little more explanation. Other than that, it looks like you did a really good job! If you have anything else pertaining to the subject, or in general, please don't hesitate to ask me for a quick read.
