Maybe drop the last bit about evicting players and replace it with a link to the mayor rank info section of the wiki.

Towns are protected land on EcoCityCraft. They are created and maintained by players. You can join a town by asking in trade chat (use command /ch tr). You can obtain a town by purchasing the mayor rank, or by buying one from another player. Each town can have its own town rules, which are made by the Mayor of the town.
