Yes they will! I have seen plenty of other servers with kits, and people will still pay plenty to gain only a slight advantage! You don't need to ramp up the advantage this much to get donations...

For example. I was a moderator of a server for 10 months.
During its time, it had one of its survival games kits as a simple strength potion. So many people bought it that it began to ruin the system of sg altogether. There were complaints everywhere. Once the owner removed it, there were plenty of other kits to choose from that were very interesting, and there wasn't even a slight drop in donations. Everyone was a lot happier. -

+1 just for the reasons as everyone would have a chance to make money. The kitters will have their arenas and the non kitters can still play with them. Just gives everyone a chance to make money and stabilize the economy. I would live to see this happen

On a side note, here is my opinion on the matter. I would suggest, if we were to make a secondary SG section with no kits then there should be no reward for killing and little to no reward for winning. Make it a fun thing, but don't make it a profitable one.

I don't care if I make no money or 10 bucks a kill, I want to play a FUN game of SG without getting killed in the beginning by some invisible person and MIQ. I understand you bought your kits to have an advantage but it makes SG zero fun for those who don't. Not everyone has money to spare to buy a kit for a game, and I find that kits are OP to those who don't have any. The original purpose of SG I HOPE was too have fun, and right now it is not fun at all. I don't care if there is no economical income I just want to play fun SG on one of my favorite servers.

maybe 25 per person you kill, 25 per person in the game if you win. so if you killed 8/24 people in a game and won... you would get 200 (for the kills) + 480 (20 x 24 in the game + win) = 680. That's if you get 8 kills in a full game AND win. and since it would be alot more limited on your chances of winning the game, and killing other people, this would be a very good game and would happen rarely. If this person hadnt of won they wouldve only gotten 200 from the 8 kills, that isnt alot. and you have to win a full game to get another 480 dollars, which doesnt happen all the time. A good upside to this is that since people dont have OP setups, they will be more conserved and games will last longer, games will be alot more survivaly and hungry than the current setup :p

Of all the suggestions relating to this topic, this seems to be the most in depth. SG was so much more fun before kits were added, why not go back to that? If we do what Revan suggests, we can make a compromise that will make most everyone happy.

Im happy that most people are okay with it.. i understand that theres still kit users that arent ok but if you look at it payout wise (if this does end up having payouts) Normal sg has a huge payout if you win, i see payouts of 3k or higher all the time. if this version does have the payout setup i suggested, would have a max payout of 1055, thats if you had a full game and killed every single person by yourself. i estimate the average payout would be around 300 dollars, that is so minimal that it would hardly affect the economy, and small enough that people would want to buy kits so they can play for the higher payout. -

What I don't like is people who buy miqpp spypp and bfrpp and use all 3 every single round, no matter how many people are in the arena. People like these just follow you at spawn without getting any chests, and take all the stuff you had, like it was their stuff all along. -

Also, my take on this, someone mentioned paying to join the matches.... Instead of the server doing the payout, make an entrance fee. Pay based off of that, possibly minus tax. -

And i do think that this can be done with two seperate boards. You probably asked him about linking the two boards to show the same information and same maps, thats not how this would be. The entire system sg would need to change for that to happen. My suggestion said to make a whole seperate entity of hunger games and call it HG instead of SG, that way, they arent tied together in any way and the settings can be tweaked seperately. -
The whole "SG" and "HG" is going to cause confusion itself. Besides if there will be non kit arenas many users would leave the kit ones and just crash the SG economy. It would be fun, yes. It would acquire skill, yes. But basically we will need a whole restructure of the SG system. We have 1 leaderboard, 2 would just cause too much confusion. Maybe we'll have more SG medals and have the HG one require wins for a medal and the SG one using points.
And for the economy part, Earnings from it increases x1.25 or x1.5 just to balance it.
