    Suggestion: Add a [Hobo] rank that comes before/replaces the builder rank.

    Reason: I've been mentioning this in chat, and many players were like "Yea! That'd be epic" and stuff like that.

    Any Other Information: maybe make it a different set of ranks like you can upgrade from builder to resident or hobo. Idk. Your choice.

    Link To This Plugin/Is this a custom addition?: can bd done with current plugins.
