Cant access vip and why not just allow the entire community to help new comers who have questions instead of spamming mods with tons of questions edit: The sever will also be able to advertise this channel as a place to ask any questions so new comers have a good source of info.
Here is the problem I see with this: Essentials comes with a "help op" channel. Often times, users from other servers know of this and will just spam it. For new players, they can often just use Spawn local and either a mod, or a player, will help them out.
I can appreciate the purpose of a help channel. It would be easier to communicate only to mods, instead of a chat screen full of all sorts of messages. However, though the chat may be simple for a user, a mod likely has all the channels running, so a message can still get lost if not all mods are watching at that exact moment before it wizzes by. I think it's pretty easy to ask a for a mod in chat... But I wonder how often requests for help or questions go unanswered... The great thing about our community is that a lot of players are willing to help others out.
