    Suggestion: ECC should have an "infected" SG game mode (for those that don't know what this is, it's from Call of Duty; here's a basic idea: http://callofduty.wikia.com/wiki/Infected )

    Reason:I believe it would add a new, fun minigame to ECC. My brother and I both play CoD and enjoy Infected on the Xbox. I have also seen it successfully implemented on other servers, along with Call of Duty themed maps such as "Hijacked" from BO2, "Nuketown" from BO1, among others.

    Any Other Information: This can bring a large influx of new players to the server, as infected games are sort of a "niche".

    No, it would even out. New players come in, more money is made through farming, mining, etc., then more players buy ranks. Also, more donors.

    Anyways, +1 to more minigames. I'd like to see other ways to make money other than farming and mining that are also fun. Currently, other than doing business with other players, Sg is the most fun way to make money.
    -1 to an infected SG mode. I'd like to see a completely different game for our next minigame. Not something that is evolved from the only game we already have.

    Well as you likely know when sg started out it was a big boom, however it died down until money was given as a reward for sg winnings. If this game were to be started out it would be a big boom then die down just like sg did.
    So unless staff wants this addition to be more than a waste of time they would add money or some sort of reward to infection, and that reward is likely to be money or items both which would cause inflation.

    SG actually lessens the money taken out of the economy. Let's say 24 people play a match, 1 person wins. 1 person wins all the money, 23 people don't win at all. (except maybe some killmoney)

    These people would've made a fair amount of money if they would just farm or mine instead.
    if 24 people would go mining (builders or not) then they would collectively insert more money into the economy than they could with sg in the same time. A full SG inserts a total of around 6.5-7k into the economy. A full SG takes like 10 minutes. That's 42k an hour, divided by 24 people. or 1.75k per hour, per person. (although only 1 person makes this money, 24 people spend time doing so, so 24 people collectively made that much)
    While mining even with unenchanted tools can make you a couple of K per person per hour mor.

    So there's no increased inflation, it's actually decreased inflation.

    +1 ^~^ I like the idea of more mini-games not alot to change our more towny server into a mini-games server but enough to bring a little more life into the competition aspect of the server (not that farming and mining isn't competition) sg,nether, and pvp parts of the server is awesome but I can't really test your skills by grinding the same maps over and over again. So yes I like the idea of more mini-games but maybe not an infected mini-game unless u want to make it an apocalyptic mini-game which is more of a well set up mob grinder then a mini-game ^~^

    Wow you bring up some interesting points that I have never thought of before. I think you are right after thinking about it more. The one thing is I don't think either of us know how the new minigame will turn out (unless you did some testing sorry if I am wrong).
