-1 Can't believe I'm saying this but kuke is right banning lotto team would make 100% more sense then enforcing it, or atleast saying that it is discouraged, like lotto team at your own risk. As to the loan thing the quote of dewsy is a great point, loans have 100% definitive guidelines, lotto has to many possibilities laying hope on tickets, and hoping their is enough profit to pay back x people.

In all honesty though yes, scamming is annoying, yes, it's a shitty thing for that person to do, and I wouldn't trust a person who has lotto scammed even once for anything, but lotto is a risk. The world ain't all butterflies and sunshine, it has risks, as does ecc, a HARDCORE economy server.

Why?
I've seen you guys pressing the issue that it's like loan scamming. It's not though. What? How can this be different, it's an agreement to pay if they win. That's the key word there that makes it completely different.... IF they win. Loans are different because they are not an unstable agreement such as this. That's why banks and lending places sit you down and make sure you make enough income to pay back and then demand collateral to cover that small chance you can't pay back. So either way, they KNOW they are getting their money back.

For lotto teaming, let's say this gets enforced and you didn't win enough to pay everyone back what they put in. Let's say it's you guys who agree with enforcing this. You're a good person who never breaks the rules and always sticks to your word. What happens now? Well since you wanted lotto teaming enforced and things actually went wrong for you, you're going to get banned and labeled a scammer so no one trusts your word anymore. That's what you get for wanting to enforce such an unstable agreement.

You guys are only thinking about how this could benefit you and other users, but you neglect to see how this can actually screw someone over. Agreements should never be made over 'a chance', it should be made with 100% certainty and if you are dumb enough to make an unstable agreement, you shouldn't have the right to suck others in to clean up the mess. Rules are there to protect everyone and you're not protecting people if you're enforcing uncertainty.
