    Suggestion:A new chat for Tycoon+ Use

    Reason: This will be another reason to get Tycoon. There are not many "Perks" to becoming a tycoon+ other than you get a town claim and the rank. I think it would be fun to have our own chat.

    Any Other Information: Not really, its pretty straightforward.

    I believe this was suggested in the past if I'm not mistaken, if it was, disregard that :p. As for the suggestion, AgentHare gave my answer in a nutshell.
