Suggestion: make a new section in forums for questions about banned users or users that have quit

Reason: alot of people have been getting upset because friends of theirs have been banned from server and they cant ask why their friend was banned because we cant discuss banned users this has happened alot with me personally and whenever i or others ask why friends have been banned all we get is we don't discuss banned users change the subject (not complaining about moderators its your job)

Any Other Information:
i know when you want to see why a user is banned you should check complaints/ban appeals but sometimes its not up there

im sure this would make lots more people happy and allow people to finaly get some closure on the losses of friends and stop such topics leaking into global as it does whenever a well known user is banned or has quit
