Since i lost my mayor town a while ago ive been round a few towns helping out etc. ive come across the same issue time and time again. it would be beneficial to the town for me to have perms to add remove members but the owner(s) dont feel confident giving ownership perms to someone they just met. This predicament has led me to decide a new in town rank should be added, a rank that allows someone to add and remove members of the town without actually ever being classed as an owner. the name of this rank can be decided later on but maybe something like Chancellor would suite this very well
We can't directly change WorldGuard. Sorry, but we can't do something like this. It's up to the WorldGuard team to do something like this, and it's extremely unlikely for them to.
