Well how about a medal that you receive if you cash in a certain amount of ECCD. (e.g. $20,000,000 EcoCityCraftDollars.) However, the only way to receive this medal is to be a EcoMaster. (It doesn't have to be until you are EcoMaster,it's just a suggestion. Reason: Well it would bring a new medal! Gives ECC another challenge for people to overtake. Any Other Information: The name of the medal could be Dollar Treasure Collector Medal.

We don't need this. The Eco ranks serve as this already, and Andrew likely isn't planning to add another medal.
You already get 3 medals for money, like Teo said. Sure, they're not exclusively for money, but it's a thing. I don't see why give a medal for something that already gets 3 medals.
I would say that this is quite like a few of the medals we have already. The EcoLeader, EcoMaster and EcoLegend ranks are basically to show off peoples wealth; as do the treasure collector medals. I think that if this were added, people would not spend for a medal.
As it was already stated above, we have three medals (plus free town claims) for a total of $9,180,000.00 (All ranks from Resident to EcoLegend). I think there even used to be a medal that could be bought for ECD which was then removed at some point. Although I would love to see more medals added (just to keep @3point14mp busy ), giving even more medals for ECD is not the solution in my opinion - it is simply nothing special.
