This would cause melons to drop down to the price of pumpkin if you could insta break them

 

This will break the economy, literally. regular melonswords would become useless and worthless. As well as melons would become worthless. People would switch to pumpkin farming or something because melons make no money any more.

Horrible, horrible idea.
1) you can only have 2,304 items in your inventory
2) Too much money
3) Too fast
4) Makes pumpkins a superiour crop.
5) All of the people with eff5's would be pissed off.

 

Break melons faster = Decreased price of melons
Decreased price of melons = price of pumpkins
melons = pumpkins
when melons = pumpkins, everyone who has a melon sword starts raging.

 

Although this would make melon farming so much more efficiant, it would totally destroy the use of a melon sword. Due to this, I would have to disagree with this suggestion:(

When pumpkins and melons can be broken at the same speed, and therefor have the same server price... why would anyone buy one of these swords?

 

This would be one of the worst things you could do for the server. When eff 5 can out for axes it kinda ruined pumkin farming. This would do the same thing.

 

I am not one to post a -1 on your suggestion and completely slap you in the face and basically tell you your opinionis wrong , because its not, From your perspective I understand how that melon breaking is rather slow and boring and that if it could be speeded up a little bit it would be great , I agree with you it would be great much more quicker and effective an a quicker way to earn money , how ever , the more money into the economy the more lotters who lottto money and take away other peoples money forcing them to quit ecc etc , so therefore as many other people are saying this would in fact ruin the econmy , however deathtol , you made a suggestion not everyone agreed with it , but good on you for having a go! :)
