Minecraft Name: Miner1975 Suggestion: Remove crafting tables from Sg maps, add in the item "wooden plank", allow the placement/breaking of crafting tables. Reason: Would be able to craft sticks, boats, wood swords, and crafting tables. Instead of finding the supplies and making your way to the crafting table, you must find the supplies and make your own table. Any Other Information: Nope Link To This Plugin: N/A
Forgive my ignorance of some of the sg maps. How many of them have more than 1 crafting table in? I quite like having one crafting table on the map. It discourages camping and gives an extra consideration to think about when crafting something. Additionally there is more likely to be a fight at the table if two or more players want to craft something.
Ok, thank you. I personally like the idea of just having 1 table on each map. I fear that by allowing players to place their own, it would just be a further thing which encourages camping/slower gameplay - which seems to be quite the issue at the moment. Maybe I am over estimating how much crafting tables are used in games? Who knows
I saw the post about 2 tables, thought "There are a few more... ", scrolled down and was immediately disappointed because it was already said. (HAppens far too often to me. ) Maybe we could keep the tables, but just add the ability to craft/place them?
Well, you would have to be able to break them, too. Remember the water melons in SG from forever ago? Yea, same thing with crafting tables - you would be able to trap users/yourself in.
I don't see the harm in keeping what exists - they're still very scarce (except maybe the ones in the ship in sg2) but the ability to place them/find them in chests would be really cool. Taking what exists away would be quite detrimental as then many many players simply couldn't craft at all and that would indirectly buff kits.
Hmm. Maybe.. If we put it high enough above the ground that you can jump and click it, but not break it?
