There are many music discs in the shop. The most expensive being 750 netherstars. Some of them such as cat are obtainable from fishing.

 

I'm a little confused. You can get creeper, skeleton, and zombie heads. What other mob heads are in mine craft? According to the link just wither skulls which are in the star shop. Can you clarify what you mean?

With craft book (plugin that handles lifts, and gates etc.) you can allow the setting for "head drops" the config part looks like this:

That is the default settings, andrew could make them really rare, and you can obtain them by killing mobs.
