Minecraft Name: Libbyyjo Suggestion: Create a system where a user can pay an offline user. I think it would be beneficial if the transfers to the offline user had to be approved by the user once they got online, much like how "mail" will alert you to having messages, this could say something like "Libbyyjo has sent you $500, type /payaccept to accept". I think it would also prevent scamming if the money that was being sent was immediately taken out of the account and placed into some sort of "payment purgatory" while it was waiting to be accepted to ensure the user doesn't spend money they are waiting to send to someone. The sender would also have the ability to cancel the payment as long as it is in "purgatory", and if the payment isn't accepted after a week it would return to the sender, but once the payment was accepted the sender would receive a courtesy message alerting them that the payment was received. Reason: I commonly hear of people being late to repay loans because the users were not simutaneously online around the due date. This would allow people to pay back loans more efficiently. This could also be used if a user is renting a house/shop/tool etc. Any Other Information: Link To This Plugin: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/offlinepayment/
+1 Users often struggle to set-up pay signs in a location that they are both able to access. I think that this would be beneficial and would expedite the loan repayment process.
This has been suggested dozens of times before and I have no reason to believe it will be added this time if it hasn't been approved then. I don't think it's as much of an issue of dev staff not wanting to add it but more that they can't due to certain coding issues maybe. It's a good idea, and it'd be awesome if it could be implemented, but I just don't see that happening right now. Sorry
What would happen if you "payed" a user 75k for a donation. And they did /paydecline but they still bought u the donation feature, what would happen?
Here is a plugin: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/offlinepayment/ it does not have a payment decline, it just offers online payment
