I think that the new portal building is too jammed / crowded others like it so i think you should keep both buildings and people can use whichever they choose.

 

Well to get rid of the big ugly portal building over spawn doesn't require making a new one you can copy and paste to new location using worldedit with no problem at all. I'm just saying they should keep both.

 

I know that but you can have 2 entrances. Just make the exit the old building.
