Suggestion: Change up promotions.

Reason: As of right now, promotions are only found during the end of the month sales, and always come with forum gold. It's pretty much been like clockwork for a year and a half now; about the same time I got my forum gold. Now, I'm not saying that the sales are bad, I just think that promotions/promotion medal as well as forum gold should be obtained in other ways than just sales. Plus, a lot of people have forum gold, so making it less common in promotions could have its benefits.
