    Suggestion:
    Make all bans/appeals/warning (both in game and forum warnings) visible in an archive by all players.

    Reason:
    This would make it much easier to know who you're dealing with in the case you're selling/buying donation features. You would be able to see all their previous history, if they are a troll/grief then you might not want them in your town. New staff? They were previously banned for a scam? Man that player changed good for them. It would make it clear who's gotten 45 forum warnings and others can see how staff actually reacted to it. Why's soandso banned? Check the servers ban Archive on the website.

    Any Other Information:
    I've seen this on one other server, though I don't think I'll be allowed to share the name of that server but am more than happy to share the information if asked by staff (only staff).

    Some people have never scammed but misbehave so much in-game. I want to know their behavior if I would want to give them a loan. +1

    I think this is a great idea, however, just thinking about how many appeals/bans/warnings would need to be transferred over… That's getting into the tens of thousands. If there can be a way to do it, I am in full support. But as of now…..There's just too much work.

    I'm neutral.

    I personally wouldn't expect the staff team to have to transfer all the information over to a new system, staff claims they already have such archives. I'm just suggesting they make it public for all to see. In the case they can't transfer it over I propose that they start a new archieves asap.

    I can't see this happening. The warns and ban reasons have always been kept confidential to the staff team. If a user is banned, you can always search the Ban appeals & Complaints forum to see any accusations on that user.

    Mmm, but like previous posters have said, lots of peoples records have been hidden. Things like forum warnings can't be seen. There are records in those confidential files that would shed a lot of light. Current users might not have anything show up in the public records whereas they'd have stuff show up in the hidden records.

    The first step to a better server is keeping the truth out in the open. The story with Andrew was covered up nicely, I think a good apology for that would be releasing these records to the public.

    Yes staff has held back the archives for some time now. But the search bar isn't always reliable when searching for backgrounds of a players past. If you search "playername + Complaint/ban appeal" it will most likely show their appeals and complaint, but it's also clouded in complaints they commented on or partook in, or ban appeals they commented on and or were apart of. With the archive you wouldn't have to search up and pin point every single offense they made, it would all be there on 1 page.

    Edit: Just added an example in the main suggestion for those who would like to picture what it is im talking about.

    All you really have to do is search there name in the first bar and anything they commented on or there name was on shows up.
