hey guys,

im sure this has been mentioned before but i was looking to see what the reason this isnt a thing for.

basically i used to play on another server where you could buy a town and then within that town you could sell individual plots of land to people to buy or rent, this meant that within that specific space, say like a 10x10x50 area only the person that had purchased that area or rented it could build within it, which in turn help the greifing in towns but also increase the economy.

when i first joined that server i rented a 10x10x10 room in a block of flats for $150 for a week, the great thing about this was that i could afford to get somewhere to stay and secure all my belongings for really cheap and then it also gave me 1 week to make more money to then either rent for another week or rent a bigger place for more money, once i moved on from this apartment the next person could come along and rent the room and keep the economy alive!

there must be a reason why this isnt available on ECC and id love to find out why!

i dont at this time know the name of the plugin but i could certainly find out if people were interested
