I don't know where your getting these numbers. Two weeks doesn't equal a necro. A necro is when you bump something that doesn't need to be bumped, is off topic, or has no need to be bumped.

Even a year old necro is sometimes acceptable if the topic on the thread is still valid.

Edit:

Alright I did come across that rule on the rules list, never noticed it before. I still think that it's not a necro to bump this thread if you still want it to be discussed/added as a suggestion.
