This is my fear as well. I have what is considered a last row shop and yet do very well because of the back portal and the fact I try to keep my shop stocked with items my customer want.
I would hate to find that I am now dust in the wind :p

 

Does not have to be 100% like the old one just something similar it could be done so it does not lag there is a lot of ways to do this.

 

When we switched markets the last time the shops in the front stayed near the portal i don't think it was much of a issue.

 

If this did happen (which I'd like it to), I'd be more than willing to help create a design.

I as well, wouldn't mind helping build this.

 

I enjoyed the old market a lot better than the current one.Its quite inefficient and hard to get customers when you own the shops further in each row. People dont want to journey that far.

 

I loved everything about the old market except the lag. If we could implement something similar to the old one that actually looked like a market, but more spread out, that would be neat.

The question though would become whether we do this as an admin only project or make a contest out of it.

I think the idea is great, but this should not affect the value of prime shops. Currently a first row shop is worth 5m+, and that should not be effected.

Still I agree it need a redesign, so 1+.

Totally agree with miner on this it looks like a park not a market, but entirely chaging the design would be bad for lazy players not knowing where to get the best deals early on

 

Yes +77 I would like to see a new market, and one that looks like a market!
